GlobalNet Cafe started in 2007 as a two-person operation in a single-room shop with one printer, one scanner, and a laptop. The idea was straightforward: residents of Jagat Farm and nearby sectors were losing hours travelling to Delhi or Noida to fill a form, get a passport photo, or print a document. We decided to bring all of it to one place, close to home.
Over 18 years later, we have served more than 50,000 customers, handled tens of thousands of form submissions, printed lakhs of pages, and helped students, job-seekers, senior citizens, and small business owners with their document needs. Most of our customers come back. Many bring their family and neighbours.
Digital services in India are still confusing for many. Government portals change every few months. New rules appear. Rejected forms cost time and money.
