Most forms take 15 to 30 minutes at the shop. Longer forms with multiple uploads may take up to an hour. Complex certificate applications depend on your document set.
Depends on the form. As a rule of thumb: Aadhaar, PAN, one address proof, and any supporting document specific to the form (income slip, marksheet, etc). Call before visiting and we'll confirm what's needed.
Yes. Our fee is only for the service. Any official government fee (portal payment, appointment fee, dispatch charge) is separate and paid directly to the portal in your name.
Yes. Send clear scans or photos of all pages. We'll confirm the checklist and start work. You come only at the end to sign or collect.
If rejection is due to a data-entry mistake on our side, we resubmit at no additional cost. If it's due to a document issue, we help identify the gap and reapply.
