What resolution do you scan at?
Standard is 300 DPI, which is enough for most official uses. For archival or fine-print documents, we scan at 600 DPI.
Can you scan bound books or thick documents?
Yes. Books, ledgers, and bound reports scanned page by page. May take longer for large volumes.
Do you delete files after delivery?
Yes. All scanned files are deleted from our systems after you confirm receipt. We don't retain personal data.
Can you compress files to fit portal size limits?
Yes. Government portals often demand file sizes under 100 KB or 500 KB. We resize and compress while keeping the file readable.
What's the price for photocopy?
B&W photocopy from ₹1/page (bulk rates lower). Colour photocopy from ₹5/page.
